Hi,
My name is Marco, I'm a new agent with FLR here in Pasco County,Fl.
Have any top agents have good luck using listingbook.com. You get a free basic membership belonging to the MLS then you can upgrade for a fee. Seems to be a more user friedly version of the MLS. My MLS has a 281 page guide, not to user friendly.
Thanks.

Hi Glorimar.

Yes I have an account and use it for buyers as well as sellers. For the upgraded version it's about $14.95 per month (up from $9.95 per month.) Less if you pay for the year.

I use it for my listings too so it helps. Listingbook also have free webinars as well as in class courses. They have hosted them at the Pinellas Realtor (R) Organization.

Buyers can search MLS listings on their own then tell you which homes they want to see. For sellers they can receive notifications via email on the latest sales, their competition, new listings, etc.

I do not purchase any of the add-ons like the Open House flyers and other extras. Instead I use it for buyers and sellers. $14.95 per month is a very small investment to manage many buyers plus you can send messages to them at Listingbook.

I'm very pleased with it.
