I own a landscaping company and recently the property management company I am working for had 9 accounts I am in contract with (doing the maintenance) switch management companies. The new property management company sais they already have a landscape vendor. I had contracts with this other company and am now out $1500-$2000. Are their Realestate laws against this in PM? I have a legally binding signed contract isnt the original pm company signing into the contract at the beginning of the year on behalf of the property owner?


What if the property owner wanted home security for his tenants and asked his current property management company to find him one and they signed into a one year contract. What if he decides he does notlike his management company or the management company goes out of business...and a new company takes over...isn't he still under contract with the home security vendor even hough he switched companies


Is this pm company in their rights to tellme they have their own landscaper and are not going to use us even though we have a signed contract by a the old PM company??? FYI the switch has nothing to do with the landscaping.
