Neighborhood built up in 1950s. Subject built 1999, so much newer than most. There was one comp available built in 2013, so I was able to bracket age. I also explained why no comps of a similar age were used. CC wanted me to explain WHY the subject was built in 1999, was it to replace a house that burned down?

Seems like you accepted the BPO assignment without looking up the subject data beforehand. It's not worth it to accept hard to comp properties!!! Look 'em up before you accept. Now you have to waste more time on this file with these types of QC issues. That's not cost productive to your bottom line.

Analog Man is right! Best leave them to the other agents to stumble over, work on for hours, get QC'd to death and end up with a crummy rating as their reward.

Update:
I know your due date is 06/27, however this is a reassignment and our client is asking for their orders. Would you be able to submit your report to us 24 hours after your appointment? 06/24 instead of 06/27?

Not only did she send me the above notice through their website, she also send me an email directly, asking me to submit the order 3 days ago.

24 hour TAT equals a rush fee. No rush fee? I'll go out of my way to turn it in just before 6/27 !!!!!!!!

I accepted the order on the 20th, so the TAT would have been four days. The issue is, they asked me if I could submit it on the 24th, on the 27th.

CentralFL I know your feelings, I have the same issue with some EML orders but I found this, last time I went to a gated community I forgot to take out my Uber sign from the windshield and the gate keeper opened the gate without any questions.... I did my photos and went out. Hope this will work for you.
