I'm not sure how many agents are using Facebook to their full advantage. I personally am not so much into the "social" benefits as I am into the "marketing" benefits.

If you haven't tried pay-per-click on Facebook, you might want to give it a shot.

1) you can find $50 credit coupons all over the place to start your campaign. Free cash is always nice. Just do a Google search.

2) I think it's a little easier to use than Google or Yahoo simply because there are not as many details to mess with. Of course that means you're a little more limited but #3 makes up for it......

3) You can target your prospects like crazy. You can do the same with Google but Facebook let's you really dig down into the demographic info.

The stinky thing is that the CTR (click-through-rate) are tiny compared to Google and Yahoo. It's not uncommon to have under a .01 CTR. Yea, really. But if you're paying for clicks and not for impressions, you'll be fine. It'll just take a bit longer to get the click throughs.

Plus, the CPC (cost-per-click) is relatively cheaper than the big boys like Google. It'll probably change but it's nice for now.

Anyway, check them out. Just another marketing tool to use!

Josh, although I certainly appreciate learning something new, I also appreciate reading NEW content. The fact that you copied and pasted the same exact post on several forums is not going to win you any fans here. I look forward to ORIGINAL, NEW content on your following posts.

Facebook PPC is old news. People should be checking out iAds, which Apple just announced. Isn't is more powerful someone searching for homes on Zillow's app using their iPhone (which means they are mobile most likely--actually viewing homes perhaps) and your ad comes up, possibly showcasing a listing--I would think so.

Theres a reason why Google stock is a couple of hundred bucks...because they have the best product on the Market. And nothing can even touch their PPC.

Personally I think putting money into Facebook marketing is a waste.

Google Custom Forum Search

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
