how does one get access to mlrs for sold houses? i would like to get comps for a property i am looking into purchasing.

Generally one has to be a licensed agent that pays dues or membership fees for the access, some appraiser also have affiliate access. To my knowledge the general public does not have access to the information. I would suggest checking with a licensed agent to get the sold comps or check with the county assessors office.
