Hey guys,

I got a call last night from these folks wanting to set up an appointment to discuss my "application" to become an REO agent with their firm. Funny thing though, I checked my database when I got home and couldn't find them anywhere. Come to think of it, I kinda felt like I was walking into a sales call of some sort.

Anybody have any experience with them or received a call recently? I couldn't find them on the boards.

I have not had any contact with them, however and agent here e-mailed me and wanted to know what I knew about them. They wanted here to pay $99 fee and then they would send her BPOs and then she would be eligible for reo listings. I told her I knew nothing, she was suspicious and called back. When she called the toll free number the voice mail picked up but when she did a company directory - he picked up. She said she was sure it was a scam and reported the company, name of the indiviual and phone number to the BBB. So take what you want from that but I would not give any company that you did not apply to any info or money.

Too Funny - this site reminds my of several offerings we have all received in the past year or so - I'm busy so I can't play detective - but I am just about sure if we dug into this deeper we would recognize some people, and perhaps from here

The hard to read red font and misspells speaks loudly:

Good catch Pine! I'd gone to the website to see if I could refresh my memory on these guys, but when the page didn't strike a chord I moved on. I didn't even read the page, but with a design so memorable, I knew I'd never been there before.

I love this site! I just got the call to please send my resume! I thought that was a little peculiar.

Here are few companies here that handle Reo Assignments to get more listings and buyers go to the agent page!

I registered with govhudagents got a few listings but more bpo's I also registered with california reo I am crossing my fingers

In Texas the HUD listings are assigned to a broker, who has exclusive contract with HUD. There are Three brokers in Houston area only, I wish as agents we could solict listings with HUD

hi guys I signed up with govhudagents I did get reo listings last month only bpo's so far this month it seems like every 10 bpo's you get listing

Got the same call. He wanted to make a "phone appointment" for the next day, I said sure, why not? (Hey, I was bored)
He then called during our "appointment time" to reschedule. Nice.
He's going to call tomorrow. This should be fun. I am going to have a GREAT time with this one.

Just got a call from these guys and knew it sounded fishy so I told the guy I needed to do some further research on them to see if they were legit. And he to prove they were, I guess, took me to THIS forum thread and pointed out that someone had recently posted about the work they had gotten. So having time to read the whole thread I confronted him about grammer mistakes on their web page to which he said, "let me get you a supervisor." To which I hung up.
