Hey Everyone,
I thought you may like this tool to show that your website competes with maybe another top agent's, or gets more hits. Go to Compete.com and join-it is free. I had a lot of fun comparing top real estate websites. (How accurate it is compared to Google Analytics--I am not too sure--but it is probably pretty accurate) It is very easy to use. Just thought I would share with everyone.
Regards,
Christopher Terterian

Yes, I have seen that. There's a bunch of Internet tools I think the main thing is figuring out how to use them all together.

I I wouldn't dismiss it as Junk, but i think that I'll stick with Analytics from Google.

I agree, it's not accurate... in fact, I've seen a site at one number one day, and then a completely different number the next.

Compete.com is not accurate at all. I am not even sure how they pull the numbers (if they even make it up). I don't recommend the tool.

I am having a hard time finding tools that are accurate. They all seem to be a little off from one another.

I wouldn't rely on it for most sites, but if you're curious about big time sites for whatever reason, they'll give you a good idea.

Interesting, thanks for the tip. I definitely don't think it replaces Google, but perhaps it gives you another way of looking at the data.

I was looking on their website, and I couldn't seem to find where they actually pull their data. In order for them to gain credibility, you'd think they would describe it front and center. In either case, I think of them more as a competitor to Alexa, then to Google Analytics.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
