OmniRealty Junior Member Registered: 03/29/10 Posts: 1 Loc: los angeles	Hello, I am just starting out on a Brokerage that does property management, with an in house general contractor, and sales. I have 20k start up money and clients. Other than E and O insurance, and the insurance for the GC, any suggestions/ideas/advice/necessities/experience anybody can share as I start my dream??? Please help, thank you!!!

super realtor Major Contributor Registered: 05/01/05 Posts: 8391 Loc: georgia	If you haven't already focus on getting in with the IREM organization and then decide if you want to manage homes or commercial real estate. They usually have a designation for 50 units and below or for 50 units and above.
