I'm just curious everyone's opinion of the best software. I have heard alot of BrokerTools.com or Top Producer and even of agents using Google Apps or just a basic Word and Excel package. Ultimately I would look for a software package allowing to keep track of listings, contacts, calendar, tasks, leads, etc.

Is the actual broker's software worth using? I know KW offers a good software suite--did any agents opt not to use their brokers over something else?

I use Google Calendar to keep track of things. I have another program called ViewMyListing.com which I am NOT impressed with. Clunky, dated, and not user friendly. I just use Google.
