Looking for Deer Ridge, Shadow Lakes, Tuscany and Apple Hill Estates area. Looking for a house with 3000+ sq ft home and lot to be 7000+ sq ft lot. Currently waiting to see Pheasant Run and Deer Ridge area, with homes coming on the market, which we have high interest in viewing! Hopefully condition will be in good shape and not pieces of everything missing! - Pacific Grove Court is one with high interest and Pheasant Run Terrace! Fingers crossed to get something before my daughter starts kindergarten. Once she starts school, our chance on looking for homes will
