Does anybody here have first-hand experience with a company that allows users to receive listing information via text message, or something similar? I believe the stats prove that younger buyers may prefer to get their info this way, and I know of nobody locally doing it (yet). A sign rider with that info could be added for easy accessability. Any info would be appreciated.

Don't make buyers get out of the car in the rain to get a flyer or call an automated service and write down the information. No paper needed. You won't have to drive to fill up those flyer boxes anymore either. It's the best of both worlds because they get a digital flyer right on their phone with pictures of the listing.

We also have real-time alerts, so anytime someone inquires about your property, you are notified by text message immediately with the lead to follow up on.
