Several companies I am working for are now requesting it. While we can talk about the legitamacy of that, I'd rather focus on how lame the upload is that I've seen for it. When I put together a BPO file, my comparables are combined into one PDF, Tax Records a seperate PDF, and photos seperated all into it's own folder. It is the fastest and most effecient way to collect the data I need and keep it well organized. I know of at least three companies now who are expecting these damn things to be uploaded one by one. What a pain in the arse....it's almost as bad as the VSS photo upload.

Yes, I heard you I fired myself when that one company asked me to go and take pictures of the 6 comps for the incredible price of $50. I said no thank you, now that all of us 1099's are going to receive benefits from the health care program no need for me to work for peanuts!! lol
