I have a question:

How long do you all take to follow up with a buyer when they give you a criteria for a property?

For example, when a buyer is interested in a house and gives you the details, you start looking...

HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE BEFORE SENDING THEM SOME LISTINGS?

I will send them listings as soon as I can find them some listings that match their criteria. If there really is nothing that works at that time I will let them know that and make sure that they realize that I will be watching for anything new to hit the market and that I will also be searching more than just the MLS to find something for them (anybody can sit there and wait for stuff to hit the system, but buyers love when you can find something not currently on the market and they can be first to see it).

Realtor, I would suggest sending all pertinent information as soon as you have it. That will show your clients that you are competent and follow through on a timely manner. If you wait too long, they may have moved on to someone else. Capture their interest while you have their attention.

I would send it over to them immdediatley. I know I want to stay on top of my buyers so that it gives them no opportunity to feel I'm not working for them.

As soon as I can. By the end of the day at the very latest though. I plug their info into my MLS and it automatically sends the email.

If there are no property matches, they still get an email to confirm the criteria and accept the future emails. It emails me also. I can see what they did not like and what they would consider.
