Has anyone heard of this company?

My partner got an unsolicited call from them requesting she fill out their REO Broker Application. She did, and of course got call asking her to pay $375 / year to register on their site.

Sounds suspicious to me. Has anyone dealt with them before, and are they legit?

I have posted this before but feel it bears repeating.

Pay for a platform like RESNet or Equator (formerly REOTrans) if you have a company that requires it.

Pay for training required by a company that you work for or that you can verify actually has listings in your area. Most companies have a place on their website where you can search their current listings, this one does not. (BIG RED FLAG)

Contact them and ask them to send you what they have in your area that is currently listed. If not you are being set up for an incomedectomy. All just IMHO.

I have spoken to them and ask them how many listings they have in my state - I will give them this - they were honest and said no. I did ask them if they expected any and they said they are always bring on new listings, but at that time, no. I declined. I have not paid any membership/annual fee for any company I work for - only like Grandpa says above - for a website I need to access or training that is required by a company I am listing for.

google ads on the site should be anyones first clue. Any reputable corporate company website does not have google ads on it. IMHO
