I am a licensed Realtor, but also have a company that does PP for other agents/brokers, etc. My wife is a skilled part time amateur organizer.
So, I was talking to my personal banker recently, and mentioned some of the things that I was doing, and she said that she had searched for a company locally here that did the cleanout/organizing/staging and sales for loved ones of folks that had passed, and she couldn't find any.
Has anyone had any experience with this niche? She strongly encouraged me to pursue it, since it seems to fit my skill set (my wife's biggest job to date was cleaning/trashing the home of a friends mom who was a hoarder).
Any ideas or input would be appreciated...
