As per our previous discussions, I feel that it is imperative that you contract someone to extract the water from carpets (etc)
I will be more than happy to provide access/entry to the property for said contractors (etc)
My opinion:
Put it in writing asap... you don't want that liability...(i.e- seller coming back to you and claiming you didn't inform them and insidious mold rendering their property uninhabitable/unmarketable... blah, blah, blah...
In the event of a negative situation, you want to be documented...(phone conversations don't cover your hiney)...
Again, this is only my opinion and not to be considered legal advice... I feel strongly that agents should consult with their brokers FAR MORE THAN THEY DO... Remember they need to cover their hineys, too...
