I got estimates for rehab, rural property. I have received and presented multiple offers and we are near an accepted contract. Now asset manager sends me amendment to listing agreement with commission reduction .25% Any thoughts?

Yikes - Listing agreement and then an amended listing agreement - I'm with Pine - practice your mean face.

The last REO listing I had the paralegal for the bank suggested I cut my commission right before the closing. The lawyers picked it up and started sending emails around (I was CCed on the emails) They all agreed that was the direction to take.....can you beleve it? These people decided to cut my pay after months of work, than discussing like I didn't exist. I sent and email saying, " Unfortunately, at this time XXX Realty is unable to reduce its commission, etc, etc" I was polite and to the point. 24 hrs later, the "issue" dissappears and the house closed.
