Sorry for post in this section, but I know some lenders might have disstressed assets in here.
I am looking for income property for my client in Southern California. Looking for up to $20 million or more with assumable financing. Client has $10mil. in cash. Following are some bullet points:
1. Need low maintenance property - preferably a neighborhood plaza.
2. CAP rate of 9.0% or more
3. Looking to buy from principals or listing agents only. I am a broker licensed by DRE.
I did a search on Loopnet, but i might have missed something.
