Many Owners are also concerned about the prospect of a Deficiency Judgement that may affect them for years to come; and others are quite conscious of the associated damage to their Credit which can vary depending on the outcome of the Sale.

But it is true that some have an attitude of "C'est la vie" and take the position that it's out of their control at this point, and nothing they do will make any difference. It can.
