Atlas & Keystone are both having broker events next month. Anyone going? I'm for sure going to the Atlas one (they're a bigger client for me), but I'm debating the Keystone one. The Atlas one is on a Wednesday (what a dumb day to have it) and the Keystone one is the Sunday & Monday of the same week. So I'd have to be out of the office for at least 3 work days (probably 4). Not sure if it's worth it for a client I haven't gotten much action from. Though maybe that's a reason to go in itself. I dunno.

I'm going to the Keystone event. They're my best client to work with, but not my biggest.

I JUST got my first Atlas asset on Friday. Are they good to work with?

Here's the thing. Keystone is located in Pennsylvania, less than 2 hours from me and within an hour of Philadelphia, but their having their conference 6 hours away by plane.
If they ever have one in the northeast, I'll go.

IMHO, if you looked out the window in PA for the past couple of months it would be easy to see why they would want it in California. smile

Are these only by invite? I would love to go to both but am not an approved agent with any.

They are both invite only.

@DueDiligence

I like working for Atlas a lot. I only work with 2 AMs (one Fannie rep and one Chase rep) and everything is done through email, so there is a lot of opportunity to actually build a relationship with the AMs as opposed to just completing tasks in ResNet and not having much interaction like with some of the other companies. There are a few negatives like having to snail mail reimbursements (seriously? businesses still use USPS?). But overall they are probably my favorite cliet.

Unfortunately they just lost their Fannie account in my state. They're not taking away the listings we already have, but that generally made up about 20% of my inventory so it definitely sucks. Luckily I also work with Chrisley who it seems may have picked up the block that Atlas lost, so hopefully I won't take too much of a hit.

We'll have to say Hey at the Keystone one. I think I'm going to bite the bullet and hit up that one as well.
