I was woundering if you where licensed as a agent/broker in one state when you move to another state do you have to take the pre-licensing coarse over or can you jump right in to the exam?

Depends on if your state has a reciprocity agreement with other state. Ohio has an agreement with (I Believe)12 states. My license would transfer but I would have to take the state portion of the test without the pre-license stuff. You would have to check with the states to see if they have such an agreement.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
