I'm trying to get a sense for what realtors commonly look for in mortgage lenders when referring clients/buyers. For the agents/brokers out there, could you please answer the following questions? Thanks!

1. When referring clients to a mortgage lender, what are the 2-3 most important factors to determine where you refer people to?

2. Which are the top 2-3 institutions that you typically refer folks to?

3. What general location do you work in? (city or MSA)

4. Does local processing matter to you? (On a scale of not at all important to absolutely critical) And why?
