I´m about to move from Connecticut to south Florida and i´m thinking of taking out my sale associate license down there i´m curious about how well the market is doing down there what thing should I be carefull and aware of for my first year. I would appreciate any advise from any FL realtors

Good luck, Cirino. Look at the current market stats for the area to which you want to move. Most of Florida is not doing so well, foreclosures abound and shortsales in the keyword of the time.
