Brad, thats a good living, thats like selling a $300K home a month for 12 months without the worries of the deal going kabloom. Actually its better than that because I rarely have to deal with people. My goal is to do BPOs FT for the next 20-25 years and NEVER sell a house again. I know when the market finally corrects itself, the BPO buiz will slow down but I don't care. I would rather make $40-$50K a year doing BPOs than more selling homes. I'm just not a salesperson I guess, and enjoy the analitical work much more!

Total portfolio: 392 In-Redemption: 60 CFK-Eviction: 10 Valuation: 34 Actively Listed: 93 Pending-In Escrow: 195
We have been pretty steady for some time now as we currently work with well over 60 different lenders and outsourcers. This has been beneficial with all mergers and transfers. We have lost very few properties.

we are currently doing over $7,000 a month in bpos, 4 or 5 closings a month and so far we have around 10 listings in some form active or pending on the market. Hope to increase that to 30-50 by year's end.

We spend at least an hour or two every week marketing our team to banks and outsourcers. I have over 1400 REO contacts in my outlook which we stay in touch with regularly. In addition, I spend at least an hour a day marketing our team and two hours marketing our listings on the web.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
