This is a local questions for Realtors in Pasco County,FL.
Me & my wife should be licensed by the end of March. I have narrowed down my choices to 3 brokers. Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams and Florida Luxury Realty. I have a neighbor that recommends CB(works for them)and a friend of a friend that recommends KW(works for them)and plenty of realtors in this forum that recommend both, but I can't find any personnal info. good or bad on Florida Luxury Realty. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Florida Luxury is a great company, A-Rated with the BBB.

CB and KW do not have a large market share in the West Pasco Market, Nor will their name recognition get you any further with prospects than FLR.

I have sold for a franchise C-21 and have worked for two independents and I have found where ever you go there you are.

With the franchise's it is tough to make a living when your broker is taking 40-50 percent of your hard earned commissions on top of the franchise fee's, specially due to the average sales prices in the area under 100k.

I work for one of those brokerages that you mention. In my nearly five years of experience I have had good experiences with agents who are with Florida Luxury Realty.

So far I have never had a bad experience. This tells me that they act like *true* professionals.

However I would suggest that you interview the brokers and brokerages to come to decide where you and your wife would like to work. Some brokerages do not have a good environment while some do.
