March is showing similar signs of last month. I tried to hire a second assistant, this week.....no luck.....All I needed was someone to keep the files in order. I think I lost her at "Hello, my name is"...lol.

Its your just cause clause. Tenants are working the heck out of that since your City Manager tried to pull some political power play to work in his favor. You can always tell when elections are approaching.

2008 was totally different - minimum was 25 active - high was 45 - with 15 under contract and always 15 or so in pre-list. I know that I am not the only in my area with much lower inventories. Every body seems to be at half of their "normal" workload but it does not make me feel any better. At least I don't have a team - I couldn't lay anyone off right now. Its just me and the cats - they are soooo helpful laying on my desk and paperwork.
