I found this new advertising method for listings. (textmymls.com). You text a code from your phone and then you receive the listing information. I think this is a really great idea, but I am not sure how many people would actually use it. Has anyone have any experience with something like this.

What was the price for that? Does it cover many mls areas?

FYI I am a new customer of their's. I don't work for them. Only issue I have is it's very pricey. However, you get access to the entire mls via text. Also in our market most people wont have a smart-phone yet.

I have a 1-800 call capture system from Arch Telecom,that also allows to market via text messages and photos on the cell as well. Great product and good pricing as well. I use it on all my listings.

The broker of my office does this and says it working pretty well for him and he likes it...think he said it was about $110/month. Does that sound about right? Personally never tried it though but could see how it would work.
