Can you explain the format of the site. How much of a referral fee are you asking and/or how much per lead. I assume this is how it works since there is no info on the site. But let everyone here know.

Thanks John. I can explain it much better! We are a brand new real estate referral company that goes live April 1st! We have 400 commercial spots per month that are set to air April 1st on National Television during Primetime. As much as you see Geico, you'll see us. When a client sees our commercial they will either go to our website or call our 27 hour customer service line (which is always a live person, never automated).

If they request information on your area (you are exclusive) you are the only agent who's information they will receive. You will also receive their information (name, email and phone number) in real time.

This gets your listings NATIONAL exposure and an unlimited amount of hits to your website!

Since we aren't live yet, we are offering 90 day agreements. For TOP producing agents, we are offering a FREE area in exchange for some warm referrals of other top producing agents. All other areas are 50% off and the cost is based on population. I can tell you how much which areas cost by you giving me the zip code. I look up the population and give you the full price and then the discounted price, offered only to top agents. We don't base it on how many leads you get or the like. It is a set price per population. If you don't get a sale in the first 90 days, we will give you another 90 days FREE!
