I am currently seeking my license in the state of Missouri, taking online courses through RealEstateExpress.com. I would like some input on when I should start interviewing brokers and how do you approach asking for the interview? Also, what are some things I should start investing in (calculators, client management systems, laptop, organizer, gps, blackberry ?? ) ?? I currently have an Iphone and was told the blackberry is used as an unlock system in real estate now. I am also new to the area and would like to know a good gps to use. Thanks for any reply in advance! I am very excited but feeling a bit overwhelmed!

I don't have time right now to answer all of that, but there is no need for a Blackberry if you have an Iphone. The Blackberry has the ability to open lockboxes, but it's not the only way. You can also use the Supra ekey or dkey (or whatever they call it) that you get from the local Board of Realtors. In my area, *not* using my Blackberry for that function is actually less expensive.
