Just wondering how much everyone spends on advertising their properties each month? Whether it be magazines, newspapers, website etc.. I'm doing some research on real estate advertising and would like to hear your feedback!

Very little on newspaper (although my broker purchases some space), mostly internet and some on cablemart.

I do it mostly online. How much, depend on the listing.

I spend 15% of my average monthly earnings from the previous three months. That is to say I am willing to lose $0.15 on the dollar to make a sale.

I dedicate 10% of my earning. I use my ultra-targeted 1 cent/each flyer as advertising. No need to say I have a huge return on that cost...

It could depend on many factors. If you just launched a new site, if you are farming a new area, if you acquired many new listings. All told, I would say 10 to 15 %

i usually do it online so it really depends on the listings..
