Does anyone have a good eamil template for their internet leads? With my leads I call first then follow up with emails, but my conversion rate stinks. I was looking for for some good templates to "hook" the buyer. Any suggestions?

What information do they want from you?

Give it to them.

The consumer wants good customer service. Quality information. They never want to feel like they just fell into a peranna pool, which is what so many Realtors make them feel like. "Pull" them in, but never "push" them.

Droll - agreed!

Answer their email promptly. Don't treat them like a random fish in the pool...treat them like they matter. There is no template that will replace good old fashioned customer service...

Cleonard, think of what you have to offer that the competition does NOT. Things like, honest, efficient, etc., is NOT a hook, because ALL consumers expect those things from every agent.

Think of compelling offers, advantages of working with you, but make them real. Offers that seem to good to be true always have a "catch", and the intelligent consumer knows there is a catch.

Most buyers will not show committment until you meet, and they really believe that you are looking out for them. Once they feel they KNOW you, LIKE you, and TRUST you, AND you are professional and know what you are doing, THEN you can get committment (usually).

Asking for a real committment before any kind of relationship has developed is like asking someone to marry you on the first date... probably not going to happen. Even if they say "yes", YOU will be wondering "what is the catch?"

I dont think a template would make your email more important. If you provide them with relevant information, treat them with respect, appear knowledgeable, and reply in a timely manner, then your clients will appreciate the value of your services (even without the template).
