What’s the catch?

1. For this site to be free you have to dedicate 6 minutes a week inputting RE data for your city if it has more than 5000 homes and,

2. At minimum, every other week, post a blog of some kind (24 per year minimum). Doesn’t have to be about RE. In fact, we want RE and local events which can take 4 sentences to promote; ie… (“There’s a festival this weekend in Danville”, “The Music Man is playing at Flagstaff Community Center”, “New Buyer Incentives”, “Here is My New Listing in New Orleans”). Just anything with color for the community.

For cities with less than 5000 homes the criteria is slightly different (one blog per month is required to keep the site active).

So 6-20 minutes a week dedicated to marketing. Don't know how to blog? Nonsense, I will train you in 5 minutes. So why should I consider joining LookRealty.com? Wow! No questions on how I promise the #1 spot on Yahoo or Google. Big surprise. Guess everyone trusts me.

To update you we now have over 60 agents that have signed up to market themselves on LookRealty. If you look at San Diego, Orange, Kern, and now LA Counties there is at least 1 agent in each although Kern and LA were today so just getting set up. Other places are Maricopa County, Mohave County Arizona and Salt Lake County, UT. There are a few other counties as well. Don't hesitate to join. There is a lot of great things happening behind the scenes if you only knew.
