Hi--1st time here--got questions--Can someone give me info on CA law RE: buyibg pre-foreclosure properties from distressed homeowners in Southern California. I heard that there is a 5 day waiting period after obtaining a signature on a Contract. Does this also apply if you are Wholesaling Preforeclosure properties? HELP!! Thank you.
