We are building several new homes for re-sale, and we are looking for either traditional private lenders or partners to assist with the construction costs.

We are willing to share the profits, but so far we have not been able to connect with serious investors.

We are looking for a total of $130,000 for the construction costs of the homes, which could be registered as a first charge on the property. That amount could come from one investor/partner, or be broken into many smaller amounts between several investor/partners.

Other comparable homes in the development are selling in the $280,000 to $325,000 range.

The lots are just outside of Barrie, Ontario, Canada
