Hi everyone...great forum. Lots of useful information. Is anyone else familiar with Real Estate Agent Directory www.mls2agent.com? I signed up last month and I've had a steady increase in the searches on my website. I was thinking about getting some more locations. The site only allows one agent per city...pretty unique. I just wanted to share the info and maybe get some feedback.

thanks Jon

Positives here are that its cheap marketing for the year and no pay for leads. But what do you get? A link without SEO? I'm only going to point out the negatives but would like to hear your thoughts on them. As a Buyer/Seller the person will have to hit the right city. I clicked on 17 cities in CA and not one had an agent in it. Secondly, are they actively promoting your city in order to achieve SEO? If not then how would a search engine find you? I typed in San Jose, CA Homes and their site did not come up. A Buyer/Seller would have to remember the domain mls2agent.com which is not the easiest name to remember. If you had $99 the point could be made to pay for SEO services rather than this site. That or sponsored links. I look forward to your thoughts.
