Anyone hear use Commercial Source to list their properties. I see their banner ads all the time on Globe St, and was just curious if it's gaining traction, or if you like it's features.

You can list for free on there. That is what I do. There are the 2 big one Costar and Loopnet which I shell out the money for premium membership.

Commercial source and about 100 other commercial places let you post listings for free but if you want the do-dads they each want 30 bucks a month.

I don't need that as I have my videos,e-mail,social networking,and blogs to move my properties.

Super - I use Costar and Loopnet - so I'm familiar with those. I was just curious to see if Commercial Source is getting wide use. Their "double login" is a bit annoying...

I pay to be a premium member on both Costar and Loopnet. I have all my properties on listed commercial source for free.

All my leads have come from my own videos,blogging,social networking,e-mails. I have gotten a few leads from Co-star but most off of Loopnet.

I have been on commercial source for awhile and have not gotten a single lead from there. I do like the virtual online convention to make connections.
