I got paid and all for $50.
I feel a little inadaquite with only a 40" Samsung. I guess I need more orders. Got to go...work to do.

Got my check yesterday, but the adjustments for the underpaid orders weren't included. I called Justin, who remembered our previous conversation, and he got things sorted out.
It's nice they have people that are customer service oriented. Systematic stuff isn't a problem when there are competent people, such as Justin, addressing them.

I got mine yesterday. Three were correct, one had been dinged $10. One of my orders, after having to go back and add comp photos, no longer passed autoQC because a comp was then out of the 6 month range. I believe that is the one that they took $10 from me on. I'll be watching much more closely in the future (assuming they have another large order drop)

We were paid correctly for our orders. Three were qc'd for pics; one was not because we uploaded pics for it before we realized it was not initially required! Not sure when the check arrived at our main office. Corporate holds checks as long as possible to work them for the interest float no matter how small:-) Overall I realize the pay schedule was goofy however they were quite okay for us to work with. We'll continue to take orders from them and just figure they will fill the pipeline at some time! Have a great day everyone:-)

Does anyone have a FAX number for Equi-Trax to fax them my W-9 and license information. On their site, the fax number was blank.
Thanks,

This just landed in my inbox: Equi-Trax Asset Solutions expects to see huge growth in the Florida market this year and we are looking for agents to complete BPO assignments and to potentially receive listings from our asset management and servicing clients. We pride ourselves on building lasting partnerships with quality agents and we believe it is our job to help you succeed. Our database of brokers/agents and their performance ratings are available to all of our clients so they may provide REO listing opportunities to you, our valued partners. If you have not already joined our team and are interested in doing so, please use the following link to access our website at www.equi-trax.com. Once there, click on the tab “Sign Up Now!” to go to the profile entry page where you can enter your information and set account preferences. We will need a copy of your W-9 to process payments to you. We would prefer that your W-9 be emailed to support@equi-trax.com or if you must it can be faxed to (866) 513-4253. We apologize if you have received more than one email from us but thank you for taking the time to join our team. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or feedback that you may have. We value your input and welcome your ideas at support@equi-trax.com. We look forward to working with you! Thank you, Equi-Trax Asset Solutions, LP Strangely enough, it was to my personal account, not my BPO e-mail. Then in my BPO inbox, this e-mail wasn't there. Hmm

I think they sent it to about every agent in the country. My office mate got it and she's not signed up with anyone to do BPOs. They bought a list somewhere and it happened to be one with your personal email.
I don't read anything into it at all.

I do - sounds like they might be trying to lower prices and/or replace agents that have dropped out along the way. The thing I think is funny, sounds like TB's office got emailed to move to Florida

I got the email today. Ears perked up when I saw REO mentioned. Then I reread this entire thread from day 1 and realized that there have been no REOs come out of them unless there are some that were not posted about. Bummer.
We do not do mill work due to our business model. As always the utmost respect for those who do and make it work. Just not something I think I would be good at.

Maybe it's something new this year for them where the AMCs ask for agents for listings. Maybe just optimism on my part, but I guess we'll have to see. I have no problems doing the BPOs for them, so any listings on top would be gravy. (Of course until I get one that has a squatter who is "closing on their house next week" etc, etc, etc) But in the mean time, it's nice to wish
