Heads up. I got 5 emails with the subject BPO ORDER # xxxx and jumped on MSV and accepted them with out reading too much more than the addresses. They were $15 inspections. Puke. I am doing these since it was my bad, but no way no how no more.

You may be getting those due to all the bad weather Virginia has been getting. When the hurricanes hit here, I see a spike of PIs as well. $15 is the "going rate" per say. Again, one of MSV's customers may have ordered them to check for any possible damage due to the storm(s).

Nah-- WE re getting them out west too....it is a minimal form, not much but the pics of the subject. But, I do not believe they are weather related....One came my way and we re not having any weather issues.

Yeah about those. Msv just boarded a client who wants these. They placed almost 4,000 yestday. They start off as inspections but depending on certain criteria some will develop into bpos. If you are a new agent, this would be a great way to break into doing bpos for msv since there are so many out there. Sorry I didn't give my typical heads up but I found out about it on my out the door and things have been hetic lately.

J- 30 inches of snow Saturday and we're in the middle of a second storm which the weather service just upgraded to blizzard. No way anyone is going to get the two sent to me done by tomorrow! Can these be extended. Thought I would ask before declining....

I was a bit torqued last night. I am still not excited about them. These I will certainly do sinceI accepted them. I wish they paid more like $25. $15 would be good for a desktop thing, but once you are in the car you need to up the ante. We'll see. I am heading out in the snow to tackle a few of them.

I was accepted by MSV this week. Hope to get BPO's from them soon. I have not seen any email blast yet. I will keep watching...

If you have a weather issue just call our support line. We live in Utah, we do understand snow (contrary to popular belief). As for the 15.00 fee. These are some of the simplist inspections I've seen. 6 photos and a couple fill in the blanks about what you saw. We don't even ask you to give the subject a value just a broad neighborhood range. And most of the dna is already in the system. If you get an inspection that is say 30 miles one way from you, call our office. I'm sure we can try to figure something out just like on regular bpos. We're here to work with you guys.

I called and they said to send an email to support, which I did. Haven't heard back, yet.

Please be patient with us on the emails. We're swamped with this bulk and we're trying to get to them as quickly as possibly.

There are 8 in my area that have been sitting there for hours.


They should be paying $25 for an exterior inspection. $20 at the least. $15 is not worth my time unless it is right next door to a property I'm going to anyway.
