Not bad! I'm not a huge fan of flash anymore, that movie is quite long and I don't see anywhere to "skip" it.
Also, you probably want an email signup in trade for a free monthly news letter or something else that keeps people coming back to your website.

You need to decide whether you want a glorified business card, or a lead generating website. Template sites are great to get you online, however they are usually lacking in seo (search engine optimization).
If you want this site to generate leads the work has just begun. You need to research what it takes to get aa website to place well in Google ect.
The site looks good, however it does not indicate your area of service and even the home search page shows the entire United States. You need to let people know you area of service.
There is so much to having a successful website that it can boggle the mind. It all depends what you want out of your site. Glorified business card or lead generating.

I agree that music and presentations get old quick. If I were returning to your site I would be put off by that long video and talking. Plus you'll turn off some people who are searching while at work. They won't want to run the risk of having that video popping up, folks hearing it, etc.

At the LEAST,add a mute button. Or have the video muted by default and give the option of turning it on.
I second the comment above about people getting in a potentially sticky situation at work. Sure, it will be their fault if they violated a company policy, but guess if they'll be mad at themselves or at you...
Also, sidebar font is way too little. I struggle to read it with my glasses on.

I would say that you need to have your information about yourself and your picture at the top of the page. The movie is an interesting gimmick but it detracts from your site as a whole if it is the first things someone sees when they access your site. Having your contact information as the first thing most visitors will see is a must.

I would like to respectfully disagree about the first thing people want to see is your face and contact information. That is akin to saying that the first thing a customer wants to see at Macys, is a salesman saying "can I help you?". Actually the standard response to that question is "NO! I am just looking". People don't go online looking for agents they are looking for homes.
Your contact info has to be there but the first thing people want to see is information about the real estate in the area and a way to search for homes. If you Google "Your city real estate", you will find that a lot of the sites on the first page don't showcase the agent, they showcase the homes.
But, again that is if you want your site to generate leads and not just be an online business card.

I am pretty SEO dumb, but on an elementary level, you don't even have any metatags or keywords. I'm pretty sure that means you won't get noticed by the search engines.
And the video just can't restart every time someone goes to the homepage. At most, it needs to run one time and be done, unless the user chooses to restart it.
Very well laid out and easy to navigate though!

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
