As per the first post in the thread I suggested you read...

New users will have additional restrictions in the BPO, REO forum. New Users will require 30 posts before they can start a topic, and use UBB code to place links in their posts.

I would suggest that use search for "Ocwen" using the search field in the right sidebar of any page. From the results, choose the most appropriate thread and post your question in the thread.

Usually there are one or two very large threads that already will contain the answer to your question.
