My buyers have a "I-pod" where they can get REALTOR.com and narrow down a house within 1/2 to 1 mile of their location and get ALL the info they need on the spot. They liked the house and called me last week to write the offer, we are under contract at $525k, closing next week. That is how information helps the buyer, but experience is still valued by most.
