Call a broker and ask, it applies to any city. Why would you want to be an agent as an investor? I never understood that. Do you relize the cost to be associated with a license and a brokerage? Do you relize the disclosures that need to be made as an investor/owner/agent? The numbers never added up (in my area) in order to save a few bucks.
But tell me your city and I will find you a Kellar Williams broker that will accept you, that way I can make a few bucks also.
