I am a real estate virtual assistant with 5 years experience as both an agent and a real estate admin. I have just opened Executive @ssist which is able to assist realtors nationwide on a per project or retaner basis. I wanted to know which areas of your business you find most difficult to manage. For example: closing coordination, development of a marketing plan, etc.
I have experience in all areas of the RE business, but would appreciate some feedback as I have limited spaces available for new clients and would like to focus on those areas that are of the most interest to successful agents.
