So i have no definitive way to keep track of my leads...

as of now i have just taking random notes on my blackberry, word docs, and excel spreadsheets...

anyone have any good ways to keep track of all my leads and contacts?

free???

possible pay programs???

to follow up my own thread...

top producer is the one i have always heard about...however its pricey...

i just found realtyjuggler

free for 90 days... seems pretty good so far.

im a sucker for those free trials... thats how roboforms got me....but i love it...

free trials are great...because if you dont like it...theres no commitment...

anyways im still open to suggestions.

Check out moresolds.com. We were talking about it in another thread yesterday. Looks to be highly customizable and combines several things, like contact management, listing and buyer stuff, showing feedback, etc.

I use an Excel Spreadsheet that me and my assistant comprised. It keeps track of all my leads that come in, and has my goals on there as well.

I'd start there before you go too far in debt paying for a monthly service.
