In Toronto Canada.. It has to be Right at Home Realty. All they charge is $275 per transaction + $69 a month. Plus they currently have 1300+ agents. That is pretty impressive for an independent brokerage

I am in Dallas Tx. I am an inactive agent who CE is up to date, but don't do a ton of real estate any longer. I'm looking for a place to hang my license and refer for a fee, and occasionally buy or sell a house. Looking to sell my house soon and buy another one. Willing to pay per transaction; and annual dues if necessary for low fees, but don't want to be part of MLS...too expensive. Anyone know of a local broker who will hold my license for a fee for this situation ?? Please help.
