I work six days a week max. I try to reserve Saturdays for listing appointments only. I never work on Sundays.

I try to keep it to about 40-50 hours a week. Sometimes duty calls and I work much more, but in the early winter months it's pretty slow, and I can relax a bit.

I probably end up working 6 or 7 days of the week, but not full 8 hour days.

I work every day, but the weekends are reserved for appointments only. I check my email throughout the day on the weekends, but since I do mostly short sale listings all of my work falls on weekday mornings with soem prospecting in the afternoons.

When I first got into the business if I was awake I was working real estate. Then I met the top agent in the county and she worked sat thru wed and I tried that. It worked great and my wife liked thur, fri and sat nites being for her only.

And my production went up, who would have guessed. Of course it depends on your market place, if your in Salt Lake City you don't waste time working on sun normally.

I work 5 1/2 days a week, but in summer months it's 5 days taking weekends off. Average 50 hour weeks. Start 8 am finish 5-6 pm unless I have an appointment.

I work almost everyday of the week if you include responding to calls and emails. But I try to keep my weekends open for my own time unless there are some specific showings I have planned. It all depends on what kind of Realtor you are and if you are your own boss.
