A few people who are members of this forum have finished contributing their ideas for my software and I have released the first NCVForms BPO Edition based on their input and suggestions. Essentially, in addition to the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and ERC BPO forms, we have included a lot of addendum that traditionally is seen only in appraisal reports.

In addition, I've included an regression and market analysis tool that will help you analyze market trends more truthfully than most MLS systems conclude (you'd be surprised how misleading the interpretations of market activity are when you don't take in the proper factors! Higher average sale prices doen't mean prices are going up if the average GLA is also up, for example!).

The software lets you build your report based on the forms you choose. You can create templates, digitally sign, create PDFs, basically everything you could want in BPO software!

With the new changes in finance rules coming this March, BPO orders are expected to increase 4,000%, and compliant forms (such as FNMA, FHLMC, or ERC) will be required in order to process, not the proprietary forms many are using now. NCVForms BPO Edition meets these requirements!

Custom forms are also available and soon the forms designer will be included, but you'll never need it given the quality and quantity of forms included.
