I would think that most people,
if they fail anything, will fail their local State's portion, the intention of which is to make sure you have mastered an understanding of the Laws which make your State or Commonwealth different from the others.
Speaking from experience, that was my case . . . . Too Cocky on Real Estate in general; and very "WEAK" in having absorbed the unique aspects of Vermont's Rules and Regulations.
Here's a thread where some statistics are offered up for Texas . . . . which though it's
"Like a whole other Country" is probably still representative of the rest of us in this regard.
