I have been using Equator/REOtrans for quite a while for Bank of America and have never heard of a grading system. Equator is only a web platform for REOs. Bank of America does have a grading system for their REO agents.

I've seen the grading system reotrans/equator uses, but it's only available to asset managers. One of my AMs showed it to me once. Agents can't see it at all.

You get them in an email...If you worked for Countrywide, it's on that order.

there is a grading system directly on REOTRANS- in addition to the BA grading. So if only the asset managers see it- how can we get to see it? there must be a way..........

Upload it through the library section or you can email it through Equator as an attachment and they could probably do it.

Please advise---where is the library section?
This is a new servicer telling me to sign and upload the MLA and E&O, they did not assign a task to me, so I am wondering if that is needed for me to do this?
Thanks a ton!

Thanks a ton! Click on "My properties and offers", then click on the address for you assigned property. The library section is on the right side of the screen and has the word "View" highlighted below "Library" Click view and it will open your property files. Find the tab that you think best fits where to upload the document.

No property assigned yet, I think the AM needs to assign a task to get me into that section.

I would just email it back to the AM if you have not been assigned the listing yet.

That's been done, it's for a new servicer and they wanted the MLA and broker app uploaded, probably have a task tomorrow.
Didn't want to miss the obvious and look silly.

Yes, it is the new name.
To answer the zip code question, I no longer pay for zip codes.
Because I had an asset manager tell me that they look for the closest agent to the property regardless of the paid zip codes, and assign that way.
She specifically told me that I did not need to expand my areas, that I would get listings in a 10 mile radius. So that's my experience after 2 years of paying and 1 year of not---they found me anyway!

Equator just had a press release about a new platform for mid level servicers. In it they claim to have 665,000 agents available.

Has anyone experienced this:
Accepting a BPO order with Equator and then two minutes later it disappears from your accepted job list?

So I emailed equator asking what happened to my bpo order. I told them that it must have been my lucky day because I was finally (after 2 years or so) able to accept an order.
Here's what one of the AMs told me:
I manually entered this order into Equator. I have an agent in the area that does BPO’s that I had already contacted about doing the BPO. It is a rush and I needed to ensure that it would be completed by Monday. When I enter the order manually I have to assign it to the agent once the order is uploaded. I apologize for any inconvenience.
So it doesn't even matter if I'm fast enough to accept them. They're basically pre-assigning them.

I just received my second order with them. Both in my "free" zip code. I've been a member with them for just over a year. I pay for 3 zips now and I added two more.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
