If there are any forex traders out there, let us know. Forex is a high risk computer trading activity involving currencies and requires many hours of computer sit down time. We have been training for several years now along with real estate and shortly we have a choice of providing possible educational services along with marketing someone's products verses a meeting we are going to this week at a nearby real estate agency. Not sure if the returns on the educational products via on-line after splits is sufficient in view of the competition for other course materials. The mentor has some 3 or 400 possible purchasers at some 3 or $400 per course with the possibility of ongoing support. The purpose of the real estate meeting is to view the weekly agency's ongoing progress held at the brokerage in Moriches, Long Island, NY. We seem to have struck a good chord with the broker and is pleased to have us jump on board. Have made some solid contacts with a large builder/rehabber who wants us to someday partner with him, if not sell his homes, but only at 2% our end before split. In either event we have a lot of work ahead of us. Open to anyone's thoughts who may have been on both sides of the investment coin. With forex or real estate. Doing both will compromise quality. Open to any thoughts!
